31st European Pediatrics Congress, 2019 was inaugurated followed by the Keynote session by Villanueva L. Noe, Maternal and Child Hospital Guadalupe Victoria of Atizapan, Mexico with the title “Guidelines on immediate management in pediatric patients with childhood pyloric hypertrophy” and Michel-Henri Delcroix, University of Limoges, France with the title “Smoking cessation by pregnant woman tobacco addictive behaviors in pregnant woman.”

The first day of the conference featured panels on Breast Feeding, Pediatric Allergy and Respiratory Disorders, Maternal, Infant and Child Health, Chronic Diseases and Health Promotion.
